Each Recruitment Marketing Cycle will include an email blast, social media post, and corresponding featured job board listing (pinned to the top of the board) targeted.  This includes a VirtForce Recruiter screening all resumes and ranking them according to your needs. All candidates are processed through a prescreening questionnaire. The recruiter introduce the top performers to the hiring manager.
